An extended service plan covers parts and labor required to repair a breakdown to your covered product after the provided manufacturer's warranty has expired. With the Gold Standard Protection Plan (GS) your extended warranty will cover you concurrently with the manufacturer warranty to cover you for the maximum time of either warranty. For example a manufacturer gives you 5 year parts 1 year labour. You purchase the 4 years parts and labour, you now have 5 year parts and 4 years labour.  

The Gold Standard Protection Plan (GS) will pay for parts and/or labour to replace any parts which fail under normal use and which are not covered by any other warranty service contract, or protection plan, for a period up to and including the number of years stated in the contract of the product covered. 

Service Contracts can be purchased anytime prior to the expiration of your manufacturers labor warranty. Products with more than a 1 year labor warranty must purchase service plan within the first year.  

For products taken and set up by the purchaser the contract does not take affect for a minimum of 35 days.

Extended service contract prices are based upon the purchase price of your machine and the warranty time period. Our customer service representatives can quote you prices by calling our toll free number at 1-877-778-8822 ext. 2321.

Service is now available in Ontario and most Atlantic Provinces.  Service area must be within 30km of a local Spartan Fitness location. Customers living outside of our service are may ask to be approved for service by a 3rd party repair technician. Please call in advance for pre-approval. 

If the product is worked on by any person or dealer not authorized by GS it warranty is void. GS is not responsible for any incidental /consequential damages or any oral representation. The parts and labour cover the identified product only and not bodily injury or property liability.
