What our customers say
Very easy and straightforward to deal with. We spoke with Brad and he pointed us in the right direction to find us our best "bang for our buck" with the weight set we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made things easy. Would certainly recommend checking them out and chat with Brad!
Bought a full Atlas home gym set from here and it has been great! The guy who helped me, Mike convinced me to get a different model than what I was looking at but it was great advice because I love the new one, better quality than the one I was looking at.
Came in for some gifts for friends and wow!!! The store is super nice - clean, organized and amazing equipment - especially the rower. Sofie and Dave were exceptional and helped me pick some gifts out. I can’t wait to come back to grab some equipment for my home gym.
Wes was great to deal with. He ordered in exactly what I wanted and gave me a pick up date. When I arrived they loaded it into my vehicle for me. In and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely be back to get more workout equipment.
Highly recommend. Ordered our dumbbell set online for a great price. The best part of the experience was the helpful staff contacting me when the order was ready, and doing all the lifting into our vehicle to load up 600lbs of weight plus a rack.
I saw their ad for dumbbells and went in to buy a set for my home gym. They were a great deal, and the service was good; they loaded the weights in my vehicle for me! The store is nice and clean with a great display and selection of accessories!!
Amazing customer service by David and Sophie upon purchasing a barbell and plate set. Recommend a visit here if you are in the market for fitness equipment. I will be returning to further accessorize this set.
Adam was amazing even helped me load up the plates and bar in my car. Got a great deal on a 300lb plate set.
Ian at Spartan Fitness offers tremendous customer service. You'll get a fast, friendly, professional and highly competent experience at Spartan. One of the best customer oriented businesses in Charlottetown- in any field, not just fitness. Well worth a visit.
Craig and Alex are awesome! They are super kind and both very helpful people. Great place to go for gym equipment for sure
Ordered rubber coated weight plates online. They called the next day to say they were ready to pick up they even helped load them in the vehicle. Much cheaper than any other place in town or online and the plates are great quality. Great Quality, Great service, Great prices!
I had such a great experience at Spartan Fitness Equipment. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have everything you could ask for from a fitness equipment store and it’s high quality. Can’t wait for closer to spring to check out their e-bike selection. Highly recommend this store.
Just purchased the Atlas functional and smith. I was very pleased the customer service and overall professionalism. I’m happy I bought from them and will not hesitate to go back. Aric and Raymond maintained respectful and friendly throughout all of our interactions.
This is truly the best fitness store around. The selection of machines is fantastic, but the expertise is what sets them apart. A huge thank you to Brad for the knowledgeable help comparing treadmills. Beyond that, the quality of their gear is exceptional and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
Went in to Spartan Fitness looking for a rower and couldn’t be more impressed. The equipment is great and Wes was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We are happy with our purchase and will be back soon to add more to my home gym!
Great experience here! The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Danielle was especially awesome — super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
Lucas was amazing !! Very patient, definitely knowledgeable and answered all our questions!! We will be back!! 👍
My wife and I had a wonderful experience outfitting our gym with Spartan Fitness in Ancaster. Both Danielle, the manager, and Gerson went above and beyond assisting us in choosing which products suited our needs, and pricing was great. Delivery was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

A welcome addition to the KELOWNA fitness scene. Terrific little store on Pandosy, manned by two customer service friendly individuals that know the business well. Made buying a functional trainer really easy and were able to deliver to my house in a very timely manner.
Tom was willing to meet me at the store even though they were closed. I had been searching for dumbbells for awhile and this was the best price I could find. Will be back when we need more equipment for our home gym.
I went and bought a smith machine/functional trainer and the service was excellent. Boris was friendly and gave honest opinions. He was super helpful to help me find what I needed with my situation for my basement setup. Thanks Boris.
Excellent gym equipment store. Wide selection of high-quality products and very knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain options and helped me choose the right equipment for my space and goals. Smooth purchase and great customer service.
We couldn’t be more happy with Raymond and his team at Spartan Fitness Newmarket! Raymond was incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment, and very fair on the price as we navigated what treadmill would be best. He exceeded our expectations.
Just picked up a plyo box from Nate. He has an awesome store with a great variety of fitness equipment and e-bikes. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his products, I would highly recommend visiting him first before purchasing anywhere else!
High quality equipment at great prices. Greg and Mike are helpful and very friendly. The selection and types of equipment are extensive so whether you’re building a commercial or home gym they can help you out!
