Get in touch within 30 days of purchase or delivery and we'll take it from there.
Call your local store or email us with your order number for a return authorization.
Drop it at any Spartan Fitness store, or book a home pickup (fees apply).
After inspection, we refund your original payment method.

The fine print
Full return policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (in store) or delivery (online), with proof of purchase and a return authorization from Spartan Fitness.
- Unopened items in original, undamaged packaging returned within 14 days receive a full refund of the product price with no restocking fee.
- Opened items, and any item returned between day 15 and day 30, are subject to a restocking fee. Opened items must be like new, with all parts, hardware, manuals and packaging.
- Refunds on orders over $1,000 are issued less card or payment transaction fees.
- Delivery, shipping, assembly, installation and other service charges are not refundable.
- Returns can be dropped off at any Spartan Fitness store. Home pickup can be booked for a fee. Assembled items must be returned disassembled, or a disassembly fee applies.
- Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Cash purchases are refunded in store.
- Please inspect your order on delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos. We'll open an investigation with the shipping company and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Defective items are repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Exchanges for a different model are accepted within 30 days under the same conditions; any price difference is charged or refunded.
- Special orders are final sale and require a 50% deposit. Special orders are products we don't normally stock and bring in for you on a case-by-case basis. Floor models, open-box, reconditioned, discontinued, clearance and hygiene items are also final sale.
- Spartan Fitness may refuse a return that does not meet these terms. Spartan Fitness is a division of Spartan Athletic Products Ltd.

Returns FAQ
Is there a restocking fee?
Not on unopened items returned within 14 days. Opened items, and returns between day 15 and day 30, are subject to a restocking fee.
Can I return something I bought online to a store?
Yes. Contact us first for a return authorization, then drop it off at any of our stores.
Why is my refund less than I paid on a large order?
Refunds on orders over $1,000 are issued less the card or payment transaction fees we paid on the original purchase.
Can I return a special order?
No. Special orders are products we don't normally stock and bring in for you, so they are final sale.
Can you pick up a large item from my home?
Yes. We can book a pickup for a fee based on your area and the item. If we assembled it, we'll take it apart for you.
Are delivery and assembly charges refunded?
No. Service charges cover work already done, so they aren't refundable.
My equipment arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll open an investigation with the shipping company and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Something stopped working after 30 days.
That's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and our service team will arrange the repair or replacement.
How long does my refund take?
We process your refund after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
