Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:  

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, your order will ship within 48 hours if the products are in stock. If products are not in stock you will be contacted with a ETA and you will have the option to cancel your order for full refund. 
  • Domestic and international shipping options. We currently ship in Canada only. For US Sales, please contact Spartan Fitness customer service and we will reach out to you with options.
  • Shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Due to the nature of our business, the size and weight of many of our products, and the sheer size of our country, you will be contacted if additions shipping charges may apply. At this time you may cancel your order for full refund.
  • Local delivery options. If you are local and live near one of our Spartan Fitness locations, you may choose pick up as an option. Pick up is free at all Spartan Fitness locations.
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. We accept returns within 14 days. Shipping is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse in Vaughan, Ontario. You must receive approval email from Spartan Fitness authorizing the return before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted at our warehouse. 
  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. You will be contacted if this problem arrises.
  • Order tracking details. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent upon order. 


Product pricing is based on fulfillment from our Vaughan, Ontario warehouse. If you are in Atlantic Canada, actual product pricing may vary from what you see online. In-store pickups are free. You will be contacted before your order ships if there are any additional fees to your order and you will have the option to cancel for full refund.
