Shipping policy

• Order processing. In-stock orders ship within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an estimated date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Where we ship. Canada only. For US orders, please contact us.
  Delivery cost. Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, from $10 for small items to $999 for the heaviest orders, anywhere in Canada.
• Orders over 900 lb receive a custom quote for approval. If delivery to your area costs more than the rate charged, we’ll contact you before your order ships, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Store pickup. Always free at any Spartan Fitness store. Choose “Free in-store pickup” at checkout.
• Returns. Accepted within 30 days. See spartanfitness.ca/pages/return-policy
  Tracking. Shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent when your order ships.
